Welcome carflea! I know you don't have Hobby Lobby up there except in Racine. Love that store! You could check JoAnn's.

My inlaws lives in Franklin, Greenfield, and West Allis.

Happy Baking! icon_biggrin.gif

Hi!

There is a wonderful cake decorating store called Cooks in West Allis. It's on 76th and Greenfield.

http://www.cookscakeandcandy.com

They have odd hours, and are often closed in summer so be sure to check before you go. However they have just about anything and everything you could need.

There's another store out further somewhere, but I can't recall where it was. I visted and they didn't have nearly as much as Cooks, plus it's closer.

I'm not sure if they sell cake stuff, I think they do, but I got word that the Joann on 27th is going out of business and everything is 50-70% off.
Plus then if you went that way you could stop by Penzy's spices near Southridge and get all sorts of good extracts. I hear they have a lot of great stuff for cakes. The vanilla is the best.
