This is the first time this has happened to me. I made a batch of buttercream last night and it has what looks like air bubbles in it. I can't get it to smooth. Did I over mix it or not add enough powder sugar? Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for the info. From reading the posts, I think I need to beat the bc longer. I am going to try that tonight.
