All Right! Whoever invented these, I am very greatful! These are soooo good! I made these all with white cake: cocoa with pineapple & coconut flavoring, southern pecan (coffee creamer) and honey, and raspberry (coffee syrup). Ohhhh my! These things should be illegal! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

I agree...these are fabulous. I always new there was something you could do with the scraps of cake and who ever came up with this deserves a Big thumbs_up.gif . I took some to a tasting show yesterday and everyone was so overwhelmed by the taste. Kids love them tooo....took them to youth meeting at church one night and the kids loved them.

When Pizitz (spelling?) was still in business my mom worked at the bakery and when I took her sent her some of these she called me and told me that they used to sell a cake with that same texture and everybody "said" that it was made out of the cake scrapes......so I would venture to say that "it" started a LONG time ago!!!!! Of course I made her try them before I would tell her what they were!
