Where Do I Buy Rolled Buttercream?

Help,

Ok so I have been looking at the cookies and post on this site for a week. I have even tried taking a cookie decorating class. I learned how to do the flood method and use the Toba Garnett reciepe. (It is way to sweet for me)

But I love the rolled buttercream cookies posted on here. I wanted to try them this week. So I went to 3 different cake supply stores and none carry the rolled buttercream. Where can I order it from? Can I make it myself?

I don't think you can buy it...atleast I have never seen it anywheres...Making it is really easy....!

How does it taste?? And how would I go about doing a cookie in it? I do cakes not cookies! LOL, but I want to try this out!
