.....if it's in an airtight container?

I made it a couple of weeks ago, and it still seems fresh and workable. And it still tastes yummy. How long til I have to throw it away? Will it last another 2-3 more weeks...?

I've saved some for at least 4 months and still used it with no problems. Just freshed it up in the microwave and kneaded. As long as it's wrapped really really well and you can also smear some Crisco on it before you wrap it to keep it moist.
If I was selling my cake, I probably wouldn't use 4 month old fondant, but definitely a month or two!

i've used month old fondant no problem. never tried it any older than that though! icon_razz.gif
