Hello fellow cakers!!
I was looking for books or websites to direct me on how to make fondant figures? Any tips or help would be apprecited. Does Colette Peters have directions in her books? Also I am looking to make a topsy turvy cake, my first one, I know there is directions on this website, has anyone used them? Does anyone do this differently?
Thanks in advance for all your help, LOVE this site ![]()
You know, I haven't seen any, but one cake decorator who does amazing work told me that she learned by buying modeling books for clay and just adapting it to fondant. Now I'm the proud owner of two such books! ![]()
Here is a link to a post about modelling.
Maybe it might help.
