I've seen them everywhere from the supermarket baking aisle to Michael's and Wal-Mart. They are usually in a little jar like the sprinkles come in.

If you can't find them at your supermarket and/or Walmart, you can buy them online at bakinstuf.com or sugarcraft.com.

Try a baking supplies kind of store - I saw them in L&M Bakers' Supply in Toronto.
My aunt gets them from the corner grocery store in Isreal, so I guess it depends where you live.
