Hi:

I need some modelling chocolate and I can't seem to find a source other than one place that only sells it in bulk. I need a small amount... Would someone point me to a place please.

Thanks
Jerry

Don't buy it dude, make it! On the recipes on this site enter "chocolate clay." Have fun!

Thanks... I'll do just that. All I need to make is a 3d real estate sold sign for the front lawn of my cake icon_smile.gif

Thanks
Jerry

I dont know is Modeling chocolat will hold up to that. I would go with gumpaste or pastillage for that sort of decorate IMHO. Good luck though

You can definitely use modelling chocolate for that, as long as you have enough time to let it dry. I'm currently making an Easter bunny that stands about a foot high with mostly modelling chocolate, so I think you can make a sign icon_biggrin.gif

And I agree with the others, just make a batch of your own.

Good luck!
