its like taking a huge hit of an addictive drug!! i just opened my new KA pro 600 today, and mixed up a couple cakes. it was amazing!! its so much fun, im gonna have to start making twice as many cakes just to get to use it! i can actually put stuff away, or get stuff out while my batter is mixing. and its so pretty, i can hardly stop staring at it! icon_biggrin.gif

I used to go in my kitchen occasionally just to look at mine - it is the Pro 5 Plus in caviar and it is a beauty!!

Isn't it amazing just the difference in volume you get with a KA and just the same recipe you've always used? Egg whites whip up so much higher and lighter.
