Some of you have probably already seen this, but I was looking for measurements (how many cups per pound of flour & sugar) and found this neat website - baking911.com. Seems to have alot of information. Hope it can be useful to you.

I found the best buttercream frosting recipe on baking911.com about a year ago. I also got a chocolate cookie recipe (tweaked from the Nestle Tollhouse bag recipe) that makes the yummiest, chewy cookies!

There is some great stuff on that site. thumbs_up.gif

Yes, I agree - it has the BEST buttercream recipe! I haven't used anything else since I found it a couple years ago! It's a little expensive to make, as compared to an all shortening recipe, since you use butter and heavy cream, but the taste and creaminess is worth it. It's called Tami's Perfect Buttercream. Try it out - you won't be disappointed! But even beyond that - there's so much amazing info on that site - I still can't believe it's all free. Enjoy!
