do you substitute let's say all the vanilla or just partial?

I substitute it for all of the vanilla in my BC but still use butter flavor. So in my recipe that calls for a 2 lb. bag of powdered sugar, I use 2 t Creme Bouquet and 1 t of artificial butter flavor along with the usual "real" butter and Sweetex.

Other people use it in their cakes, and almost any other baked goods. I really like it so I recommend that you try it out. Maybe start using it in your BC and then if you like it, put it in other things you bake! icon_smile.gif I want to start using it more too.
