The Evening With Collette Peters? She will be close to me April 13th in Lake Elsinore. Its70.00
This seminar will be from 4~8 pm on Friday, April 13, 2007 and will take place at the Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall (between our two Pila's Pantry shops in Corona and Temecula). Pre-registration is required. She'll be telling her story, demonstrating some popular techniques, signing books and answering questions from the audience. Dinner will be provided.
Do you think its worth it?
Thanks in advance!
We just had a DOS on 3/18 and one of the demonstrators said you can never stop learning and you should take any class that you can.
He learned how to do fondant cakes from Susan Jacobson- o'Boyle, and thought that was the only class he would need to take. He took another class on fondant cakes and learned a different way to apply fondant to cakes that worked way better.
From other posts on this forum that have been to Toba Garret outings, I'm sure it will be worth it to go.
I went to something similar to this a couple years ago. It was SOOOOOOO worth it to get to meet her and see her work her magic in person. She is super nice and so down to earth. If I were you, I'd jump on that opportunity!!!! ![]()

I also live close by and was considering going. I just started learning how to decorate cakes a few months ago, but I am really enjoying it. I've never been to one of these things before, but $70 seemed a bit expensive, but maybe I am just naive. I probably will end up going though, it would be fun to see the demos and meet her.
