I just got home from my friend's baby shower. I made the cake and have been stressing over the icing not being smooth enough and the edges not being sharp enough. When the "Mom to Be" came in she said, "Did the cake come from Snickerdoodles?" "Snickerdoodles is a well known bakery in our town!) Alot of the people told me how nice it was and that the cake was delicious. I couldn't believe it! All that work was worth it, and I guess I was harder on myself than I needed to be. I just had to share with everyone. I know that you can all relate to how it feels to get a compliment like that!
