How do you frost a cupcake cake. I have never tried it but it seems to me that the cupcakes would move around. do you hold them down with some icing? Any ideas would be great!

Yes, play around with your design first. Once you have your placement down secure them with a little frosting on bottom. I use my big icing tip and smooth it out just like any other cake.
