i posted on here about my buttercream roses and someone told me that you could use a hersheys kiss is that going to bother anyone that gets a rose i am new and i dont know. my buttercream is thich enough but i just wondered about the kiss thanks again dorothy from tenn
I don't think most people would be bothered by it. I think most people like chocolate so they would like the surprise. Or, just like some people don't like icing and scrape some/all of it off if they get one of the corner pieces or something like that (personally I look for those!), they'll probably notice that something is in the rose when they try to put their fork through it and if they don't like chocolate, just won't eat it. 
I think most people would like the surprise of chocolate as the center.
That's a cool concept......... my teacher said to make the center to look like a hershey kiss but I never thought of using one..... how do you keep it on the wax paper?
