Can someone tell me what this is used for. Is it a filling between 2 layers or is this an icing? Do you melt the chocolate then add it to the cream?
Oh I've got so much to learn icon_cry.gif

I used it as a filling and and an icing. The directions that I have say to heat the cream to just before it boils then add small chunks of the chocolate and stir until it melts.
