Anyone got any? I am new to this but my collection of cake "stuff" is rapidly growing. Just wondering if anyone has come up with any clever storage solutions??
My husband is making me some hangers for all of my cookie cutters but stuff is still everywhere!!
Thanks!

I have a very limited area, so I bought a couple of the stacked drawer cases from Wal-MArt. I've got 2 of the 7 drawer cases, a 3 drawer case and a heavy wire storage unit that has a canvas cover on it. All of these are on wheels, so that I can move them around as needed. Then I have some boxes inside the wire storage unit to hold my gum paste flowers. I also have a 2 level tool box from Home Depot (on wheels too) that I can take with me on deliveries, to help set everything up. It keeps my emergency stashes. HTH

I have read on here that the big Craftsman style toolboxes (the huge ones with drawers) are great. Right now I use big plastic storage boxes, it holds the stuff but its not organized icon_sad.gif I wish I had a whole kitchen to dedicate to my cake stuff. Do some searches about organizing here on CC there are some great ideas icon_smile.gif

I went to the dollar store and bought plastic shoe boxes. I must have at least 30. I just put a label of what's in them and stack. Works great to keep RI flowers in.

I'm the winner!!!! I have the Craftsman! I love it. It has wheels so I can roll it to the kitchen just like a crash cart and the top section locks so my 2 yr. old can't "inspect". I had a bunch of storage containers, but I always had to dump things out to find something and I don't have to drag out a bunch of boxes to get to the right one. You can pick one up at Wal Mart for $70.00. It's not the huge one, but it sure is nice to have my essentials and favorite play things so handy. THIS IS A MUST HAVE in my opinion. The "sweet life" would be such a pain without it now .
