How long do flowers and such made from fondant hold? I am making a mad hatter cake and want to get started early....will they hold asd long as a month?

Make sure to store them out of the sunlight. I store my premade fondant stuff in a shoebox lined with parchment paper. The light can fade/change your colors. HTH some, Jen

Thank you for your suggestion! What do you mean by HTH? I'm REALLY new to cake decorating so I"m a little bit confussed by the abbreviations.

HTH = Hope that helps.

I agree about storing them in a shoe box or a cardboard cake box. I wouldn't place them in an airtight container.
