I just made chocolate MMF and ganache tonight for the first time!! I'm waiting to see how the mmf finishes tomorrow!! i am now officially addicted to it. I dont think I will buy can chocolate icing for a while!!!! woohoo....



sorry had to get that out of my system!! anybody ever felt like that? icon_razz.gificon_razz.gif

Was it hard? I really have to get up the nerve to try MMF. Never heard of it in chocolate. Mind sharing your recipe?

no not at all. I just followed the recipe in the recipe section. It was the one that called for sugar. It's really simple!! good luck!! The first time I got serious with a cake it was MMF, i hated it at first, I swore Id never do it again. I normally just buy the fondant out the box. This was soo much easier.

I haven't made the chocolate mmf yet but I love to make the regular. I want to try ganache soon, it always looks so nice.
