HI

I just found out about a bridal fair in my area, it's in 3 weeks....

Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of cakes I should do? I will have another person there, an actual bakery....really want to wow everyone. I was thinking of doing a couple of dummies and doing some slab cakes for sampling.....really need help with what designs to do for the fair....

What do you all think of a suitcase type wedding cake with the bride and groom made out of gumpaste? I was thinking of doing on of these types and then a very traditional wedding cake........

Please help.....

Hey Tammy

i think the suit case cake would be fantastic, infact i think any thing you do will be great....

I would do something with a real WOW factor, something really unique...

dont know if you like this creation i came up with but you are welcome take some inspiration from it..

edited to say its a dummy cake covered in strips of fondant that are folded up and over.. if that makes sense.......lol
