I'm looking for a really good crusting butter cream icing - I see the one with cake flour but I can't find cake flour anywhere - Can I use regular flour? Thanks!
I use the Wilton 1/2 butter, 1/2 crisco recipe and I also use the Wilton all crisco recipe. Both well crust well.
