There are so many different supplies on this site that I would love to order but I'm always afraid of using my credit card on-line. Please tell me is this a safe site to order from. Another question, I love cakes covered in fondant and have made numerous attempts at doing them with MMF but I find that whenever I roll it out and try to lift it the thing just crumbles on me. Most of the time I have to have my handy, husband roll it and lift it because I get so impatient. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or any tips that could help me. I checked with my baking instructor and she said I need a fondant mat to make things easier. Any help is appreciated.

MMF- I and lots of people here use silpat mats, nothing sticks to them Its sounds like your mmf is too dry and/or your rolling it too thin? I'm sure someone more experienced will be more help to you.

DON'T be afraid to order from this site! My orders are placed securely and are shipped very quickly. 
Things to look for on a site to make sure it is secure & safe to order from (a site may have one or more):
1) when you get to the page that you enter your credit card information in, look at the web address in your browser. It should say HTTPS not HTTP.
2) At the bottom left hand corner of your browser, on the page you enter the CC information into, you should see a little padlock.
3) Many sites have a "verified safe" logo. Click on it to make sure it is actually issued to THAT site as someone could just copy it and put it on their site.
4) PAY ATTENTION to your CC statements. Online banking is awesome b/c you can see almost right away if your card has been charged for something you didn't do. And if the charge is pending, you can always call and ask your CC company (or bank) what the charges were for. And if someone DOES steal your CC (it won't happen here) your bank or CC company will most likely side with you and will not make you pay for those items as long as you report them in a timely manner (like don't wait 6 months to report something that looks suspicious on your CC).
I've ordered from other sites and I use my Visa/debit card everywhere I go. It has been stolen before and someone ordered porn! I noticed it right away, actually called the company that processed the card (a lot of online site don't always use their own web address for processing the card so it can be hard to tell what was ordered). and told them it was fraudulent. Most companies will work with you to get the charges reversed.
No worries here at CC though!

I've got to say I've ordered from here three times, and two of the three times, I was missing part of my order and had to call or e-mail asking where it was. The missing items were always sent out right away, but I'd be afraid of ordering anything here if I needed it right away.
Don't know if this has happened to anyone else, and no offense to the owners... I'm just sayin'.
Never had any other problems though.
One day I noticed a charge on our credit card statement for $25 and I asked my husband what it was for he didn't know he thought it was something I ordered.
I looked at previous statements and this had been going on for a year.
When I called the number on the statement it was a Porn site. I don't know how they got our card # but they would only go back three months for the refund.

I would order from here again... just not anything I need urgently. That's all I'm sayin'. 
I've ordered twice and have received everything in a very timely manner. Mistakes do happen and you have to check what you order against what you receive. It is just plain sensible to double check. As for credit card security, I feel completely safe dealing with CakeCentral. I know of no other site you can write directly to the "owners" and get a response the same day, and maybe the same hour. There have been lots of comments on what to look for as signals that the site is secure, already posted, now you have to decide how you feel.
