ya this came up in a post a little while ago. many people have had bad experiences with sugarcraft, and many others have never had a problem. ![]()
I recently have placed my first orders and have been very happy with the service I have received. I had one iten on back order but was notfied right away since then I have placed several more orders. Every business can have things go wrong.

I just wanted to say that I personally have never had a problem with Sugarcraft. In fact, an order I placed earlier this week has been put on hold because they didn't have electric purple airbrush coloring and the tiny pan I ordered... but they called to make sure this was ok to hold my entire order and ship at once. Most places probably wouldn't have called. I always get my stuff quick from them and their packaging is great. I also get GREAT results from CC as well... I can order something today and it be here by friday without paying for faster shipping!
I saw the previous posts where members posted their likes and dislikes for Sugarcraft.
I decided to give them a try. They had everything I wanted and at a good price (I did compare pricing with other sites). My interaction was online (no phone conversation). I got my order in about a week via standard ground shipping, they are in Ohio and I am in California. Everything was received in good condition. I will admit I was not fond of the shipping price. What could I do, I needed the product and if I wanted to go elsewhere the product was more expensive and not all from the same company, so either way I was going to spend the same amount. Then I saw on my credit card where I received a credit from them. I assume there was a difference in shipping price and they refunded the overage from shipping.
I have since placed a couple more orders, and received credits afterwards (shipping?) With my most recent order they called to inform me of a product backorder. That was last Friday morning; I didnt retrieve the message until the evening. I called them on Saturday and they told me they shipped the rest of my order and if I wanted to wait for the back order or substitute it for something that was in stock. I substituted it and she said it would go out Monday. According my tracking with UPS I should receive one box tomorrow (Thursday) and the substitute on Friday.
My experience so far so good. ![]()
