Crusting Buttercream

What is the best recipe for crusting buttercream? I just tried the Buttercream Dream and loved the taste but I could't (or at least it didn't work for me) use the VIVA method. Any suggestions?

Here is the recipe that I use. It crusts nicely and I've used the VIVA method with it before. icon_smile.gif

I also use 3/4 c hi-ratio shortening instead of 1 c of Crisco.
