Can You Freeze Royal Icing?

I wanna make cake balls cover them in white chocolate and make a RI flower on top of each. Can I frezze the balls after the decorations are dry?

I don't see why not. I freeze cookies covered with Royal Icing all the time. I frost my cookies with royal icing, let them dry, then I place them on a cookie sheet, put them in the freezer and let them freeze hard. Once frozen, I place them in a container, cover the container with the lid and them with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and they are good for several months.
