I like Satin Ice a lot. It's easy to use and tastes good to me. Country Kitchen sells it in a variety of colors too.

Make the MMF. It's so inexpensive to make and is wonderful. I make batches of it all the time. I use all the sugar the recipe asks for - I know others have had problems with it being to heavy and or dry. I make sure my marshmallow mixture is very melted. It can be a bit messy, but cleans up super easy with hot soapy water. And the results are great. All my customers have thoroughly enjoyed the taste. I use it mainly for accents and on my sugar cookies. I have not covered a cake in MMF but will be experimenting this weekend. It colors easy too. I just love the stuff.
