Does anyone have tips on how to make grass look like grass? I have practiced using this tip but I just can't seen to get it down. I did notice that the heat from my hands melts the icing too much so it runs out into a glob. Would refridgerating the icing help keep it thick enough?

For your hot hands, I would make up and chill two pastry bags of frosting. Take one from the 'fridge to use and switch up when necessary.
