I was thinking about trying Rolled Buttercream for the first time this week. Can anyone suggest a good recipe and tips on how to use it??? I was thinking of just using it on cookies for the first time around . . .trying to keep it simple.
Thanks!

There's a rolled buttercream recipe listed here. Just go to recipes and type it in to search. I have never tried it, but I know a lot of people have.

I recently tried the rolled buttercream. I found that it takes lots of powdered sugar and tend to be really oily. It also melts in warm hands pretty quickly. Those who had it liked it but it is a different texture than your regular fondant. It is a little more fragile to handle.
