How do I make accent fondant pieces a shiny silver color?
paint them w/ silver luster dust.
Take some silver lustre dust, mix with alcohol such as vodka, or lemon extract, and paint it onto your fondant piece. I used gold lustre dust in the quincenera doll cake in my photos.
