Hi Everyone,

I want to try and make a mousse using whipping cream and Jello Instant Cookies & Cream Pudding Mix. Does the filled cake need to be refrigerated or can it stay at room temperature for a couple of days?

I'm sure it won't survive "a couple of days" at room temperature

I would think that would need refrigeration for sure.

I would refrigerate. I made one using cool whip and pudding mix for the filling and left it out. The filling was moldy after about 3 days, had to throw out the rest of the cake.
