Rice Paper On Luster Dusted Fondant???

I have a label made on wafer/rice paper for a cake that I made last night. I am nervous about sticking it on....wanted a few last minute pointers.

I did a wine bottle. Sprayed with green luster dust/vodka. What's the best way to make the wafer paper stick to it???
