What happens to the taste of the alcohol? I tried mixing it once with a wilton color someone said to do and I tasted it and could taste the alcohol so pitched the batch, but I used rubbing alcohol. Duh, when you say alcohol what kind do you all mean? I see you laughing at me here. I just don't want to poison anyone. icon_redface.gif

use Vodka, Everclear, or an extract with 80% or more alcohol-most pure citrus extracts are very high alcohol content. The alcohol evaporates quickly so your fondant doesn't get sticky.

not rubbing alcohol. Everclear is a grain alcohol that you find in the liquor store.
