thanks for that website. I wonder how long Jell-O can stay out of the fridge. I wouldn't want to make a cake for a customer using Jell-O because of that reason.

I don't remember it melting or anything, but the one I made was for my sis's b-day so I was able to refrigerate it. Oh, BTW, it was 2 stacked 9 x 13 x 2 in. layers & the jello was only in the top layer. I wasn't sure how much I'd need, so I made 2 sm. pkgs. of jello for it. (Leftover jello's still good for snacks! thumbs_up.gificon_wink.gif )

The Jell-O gigglers recipe would hold up; but it takes four packages of Jell-O.
