so i was just asked to make 3 dozen cupcakes for my bosses moms birthday. ive never charged for them before so i dont know what to tell her the cost will be. also...it IS my boss so i feel like i should cut her a break. Help!!

well here's hoping someone who likes to do cupcakes comes back with something for ya! icon_wink.gif I don't like making them so I charge $5 each in the hopes that they will go to walmart instead! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

a no frills cupcake for me is $1, anything fancy, RI work etc is $1.50-$2.00
and people really won't pay that around here. (But they will for a big o muffin, go figure)

Plain cupcakes with just a swirl of frosting, or something decorated (with a flower or handmade chocolate decoration etc)?

I charge $15 a dozen for cupcakes, with a min. order of 2 dozen.
