I purchased the book How to Open a Financially Successful Bakery from someone on Amazon but the cd-rom wasn't included.

Does anyone have the cd-rom who can email me the files?

Thanks.

Were you sure it wasn't an ebook?

Is the book any good? Just curious to see if anyone has read it; it has good reviews on amazon. I looked it up, it is a paperback book that is supposed to have an accompanying cd-rom. If it was a used purchase, that's probably why it didn't have it. Can you go into your amazon account and review your past purchases to see if you can find the seller that way?

The CD rom is very helpful if wrtiting a business plan. The book itself is okay, but I learned WAY more in Culinary School, so I thought it was pretty vague. IMO...but I did use the CD rom for a class project and got a perfect score. So the CD is worth the purchase. Blessings, Shawn <><

the cd rom has a lot of other forms in it also...so for someone that has a bakery they are helpful, if you can find the time to use them.

I did purchase the book used so that's why I didn't receive the CD rom.

Just as an FYI...I did find some additional small business templates on SCORE http://www.score.org/business_toolbox.html.
