no way...i read the thread yesterday and think that you deserve to be paid. it sounded worse than it looks. stay confident and most people wont even realize that there was a problem...you put forth quite an effort to save it , and they all still ate cake right? it turned out fine!

Cash that check and enjoy every minute of it. You deserve to be paid for this cake. It turned out much better than what you may believe. As someone posted on the other thread, we are our own worst critics.

I'm not sure what problems you had with this cake, but it's beautiful. Surely the bride was happy with it. You did great job and I love these colors.
Were you wandering if you should be paid for this? Yes you should be, especially since you put so much work into it and it's beautiful! We as decorators see EVERY imperfection in our own cakes, but those who are not, don't. You did a very nice job, so keep it up and looking forward to see more of what you do.
