OK everyone...it's page 18!

6" round and 10" round, serves 40 (according to statement in yearbook). I would say at least $1 per serving!

I don't have the yearbook so I can't see the picture. But if it is a themed cake and includes working with Fondant, that needs to be taken in to consideration when pricing. $40.00 might be too conservative considering the amount of work. I think $60.00 would cover the cost of the cake plus the fondant plus the extra work that is going to go in to the cake. Just MHO. icon_smile.gif

I would say $1 per serving is way too cheap for the amount of work - My Wilton teacher says she doesn't do a cake for less than $1.75 per slice!
