I'm going to use this little space in the Lounge to be my own little Cake Central Blog. Here I'll post information about my life and what's going on. I hope you'll check back often to find out what's new and exciting. Or to find out what's not so new and exciting. I think it would be great if we all had our little Blogs here at CC 
Ok, here goes my first blog post which will be a little about me and who I am.
My name is Susan and I am originally from Augusta, Georgia. I currently live in Vancouver, Washington which is 3000 miles away from home. My husband is from this area so that is why we are now here. When I lived in Georgia I spent most of my years as a sahm. I have 3 beautiful children (one girl and 2 boys). I started having my children at a very young age. As a result, I am now a Grandmother (oh! the sound of that!) at a very young age 
I have a beautiful granddaughter that will be 3 years old in August. My sons live in Georgia and my daughter lives in Hawaii. I'm getting the chance to go and visit my daughter next month on April 18th. I'm very excited because it's been almost 3 years since I have seen her. It's been over 3 years since I have seen my sons but hopefully I will get to see them soon too.
While still in Georgia, I attended the Medical College of Georgia University and acquired a BS in Allied Health Sciences. I am by trade a Respiratory Therapist. I started working in a Children's Hospital in Orange County California. I love children!!! Currently I am working in a brand new hospital here in Vancouver Washington and I love it. I get to work with people of all ages. From premature babies to elderly patients.
In December of 2005, I found CC and started my cake decorating hobby. If it had not been for the fabulous support I received from everyone on here, I would not be doing it today. Since that time, I have grown a lot in my decorating skills. I still have a long way to go but it's so much fun learning. I've been able to gain a few customers along the way which has been nice because now I can make cakes for them and not for me and my hubby. We were eating sooooooo much cake when I first started and you can only do that just so much before you blow up! LOL
Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy my little blog. I'll post updates and since we can now post pictures in the lounge, I'll be adding some photos as well.
