I have been having trouble when I try to get a deep color to my MMF, the fondant changes texture and becomes difficult to work with. Is there any way around this? I have had two red cakes in the past several weeks and the fondant becomes hard to work with and I have not been able to do the work very neatly.

Sometimes when you have to add alot of coloring you may need to add in some powder sugar as well.
