So I made this cake and the white writing on the blue background turned splotchy blue from bleeding. What can I do to prevent this in the future?

Thanks! I am going to try and attach a picture. Okay never mind I couldn't attach it!! Please I will post it in my photos- Please look at it and help me. They looked terrible! I really don't want this to happen next time! Thanks!!!

Maybe you could use piping gel first then the white lettering over it? Seems like double the work but its the only thing I could think of. I'm sure there is some fabulous trick out there to keeping it from bleeding.
