I just got a recipe for a pound cake baked in 10" rounds and it said to bake in a cold oven and set for 325 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Try that.
i have used a 9 and 10 and i have made cupcake using the pound cake mixed
So glad I found this question as I was checking out alot of recipies on CC and they call for using bundt pans. Even though I have one, alot of these I would prefer to use 8-9" round pans and was wondering if it would make a difference, other than cooking times. Thanks for the info everyone!
