I don't know about what place WILL ship fast, but I can tell you that I had an awful experience with Pinocchio Productions. Be ware of them, I never got my order and had to hound them for further information.
Maybe if you called Off the beaten path they could get them out to you faster? I ordered from them and thought they were great!
I always order from Off the Beaten Path (cookiecutter.com) and their customer service is great and they ship fast.

I ordered from off the beaten path yesterday, and got a note this morning they had shipped them out already!! I hope to get them by Wednesday.
The Cookie Cutter Shop ships the next day too, their prices are very good as well

Like czyadgrl advised DO NOT order from Pinocchio Productions, I ordered from there 1 month ago and just received my order today... short a few cutters - but charged for all of them. Also charged me $18.00 for shipping - true cost of shipping was $9.00
This was only after I hounded them by email as well. Now I have to go back and ask for a refund... ugh!

I have to agree with everyone....Off The Beaten Path is the way to go. I messed up on the shipping, emailed and begged for forgiveness, and they fixed it and got me my order in time for my first customer's order! I think it was 3 days, but that's only because they had to find my order and change shipping, etc. I love having the tracking number for priority mail shipments! I probably check that dang website 20 times just waiting for my box and get so excited when it says it was delivered to my local post office. Yippee!!

I haven't ordered from Foose yet. I bought some of my cutters from kitchengifts.com and they were really fast. The cutters are copper and run $9.95 though. I had to have a Buck and a Moose cutter and they had what I was looking for.
