KrisD13, I had the same question in mind!!! I had always thought that the more you mix, the fluffier and lighter it gets, so better....
Gingersoave, sorry for abusing with my questions but I really do wonder how frozen cakes stay with the same dimensions after coming down to room temperature. "Logically" it should shrink a little just like ice cubes do... it is a mistery to me how the icing stays in place.
I really need to give this a go!
As for converting me to Duncan Hines... this will not be possible because as I am in France, I don't get these cake mix brands here!
