I heard that her recipe was great. Does anyone have it? It sounds like it would be good for piping flowers.

Sorry. Silly me must have been thinking faster than typing. Toba Garret's buttercream. Thanks.

Her imbc is:

1 lb sugar
8 oz water
(Heat to 238-240F)

6 oz egg whites
(Whip to stiff when syrup reaches 215F)

1 lb unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla
(Beat in when meringue cools)

I just made this for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it!
