Her imbc is:1 lb sugar8 oz water(Heat to 238-240F)6 oz egg whites(Whip to stiff when syrup reaches 215F)1 lb unsalted butter1 tbsp vanilla(Beat in when meringue cools)I just made this for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it!
