I guess it would depend on how much you know already. I took all three of the other classes and knew more about fondant than the instructor. She didn't even know there were other fondants but Wilton. Now I realize they are supposed to push Wilton, but not to even know anything about them.....or some of the tricks that we learn here? If you have never used or had any experience with Fondant than it is well worth the money. I only learned 3 flowers that I didn't know, and everything else that we did I had already done, or very easily could have learned on my own or with free help here.
