Hi all,
I just got a call for an order for next week on 20 individual baby block cakes in fondant. How much would you charge for this? I was thinking $7 per cake. Is that too low? I figure it is an individual cake like 3x3 in size. ANy thoughts or tips on these cakes?

That is going to be very involved and thus, I would charge accordingly. Since I am working with the assumption that these are regular white cakes, with standard buttercream I would personally charge $4.50 and an additional dollar and a half for all of the fondant work. I really think $6.00 per cake is reasonable.
