Hello everyone,
I baked a white chocolate cake last night from the Cake Mix Doctor, however, I am stumped as to what filling I should use. I was thinking either a raspberry or strawberry filling would go well. Do you all have a simple recipe I can make tonight? Thank you!

The easiest is raspberry or strawberry preserves.

White Chocolate Mocha sounds very good to me right now. You could do a mocha filling or buttercream.
