I am getting ready to make MMF for the first time. In the recipe it says to use paste color. All I have for now is the gel coloring. Can this be used in place of the paste?
yes it can. I actually use food coloring from the grocery store. It just makes it taste a little more bitter. I have also used gel and it works fine.
