I've had a couple of inquiries from people with food allergies. The first one has an egg allergy only, the second one is allergic to eggs and dairy. Does anyone have any great cake recipes that I can try that do not involve eggs or dairy? Or any suggestions that I can try?

I use them all he time and they come out fantastically.
I also have a white cake recipe but I haven't tried it yet, so I can't tell you how well it turns out.
