There are 4 cake pans that come in the box. They only take about 15-20 minutes to bake. So you would bake the 5 whole cakes in about an hour. It's good to know that you can get 5 whole cakes from 1 cake mix. I was thinking these would be good for bride tastings. You could make all different kinds of flavors and freeze them. Thaw them out one at a time when you need to do a tasting and just fill them. Wilton now came out with the same Tasty-fill pans but in an 8 inch size.

To Phyllis52: I didn't refrigerate my strawberry cakes since the filling was a cooked one, just treat these as you would your larger cakes.

To Nefgaby: I puchased two boxes (that makes 8 little pans) and I was glad I did. I'll be making more of these and often too.

Hint: I placed these pans on a cookie sheet and then slid them into the oven and out back onto a cookie sheet for easy handling and loading in/out of the oven. That was, after one hit the deck on the first try of trying to juggle all of them.

Here's a picture of a few of them.

Can't seem to add them as an attachment to this post so I uploaded them to this website. Check the Home page to view these cakes - my neighbors really liked them.

I used these pans for a tasting a few weeks ago. They were just the right size for it. Here are the cakes I made using these pans.

very cute!!! Elegant. I used mine to do ding dons. Twinkie filling...but if you didnt want as much filling you could bake a extra cake and fill with a little more cake than fill the rest with filling.
